SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed and shipped usually within 3-10 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Order processing and shipping may take longer during holidays and sale periods and may also vary depending on item stock and availability. Custom and personalized orders may take up to 21 days. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Free shipping is offered for the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC).

We offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico for a flat shipping rate of $50.

We offer domestic expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates will apply. 

All merchandise shipped from jennifermillerjewelry.com will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. All orders over $400 will require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.  

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Zonos, a third-party specialist, to provide excellent service to our international customers. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Jennifer Miller Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at checkout. For more information, please refer to the destination country's trade agreement with the product's country of origin.

HOW INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORKS

Your country flag will automatically display in the lower left corner of your screen. If you are shipping to a different country, simply click on the flag and select the appropriate country. You may click on the flag at any time to see estimated duties and taxes based on the items in your cart. 

Once you select ‘proceed to checkout’ and enter shipping address, you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties, Jennifer Miller Jewelry will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will process the order and ship the items to your international address. All international orders ship via FedEx and are signature required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

FREE GIFT WRAP:

Customers will receive free gift wrapping on all online orders. Any online order will be packaged in or with a special Jennifer Miller Jewelry box.

 

RETURNS:

Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from websales@jennifermillerjewelry.com for any item that meets the proper requirements. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

     a.) Request must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
     b.) Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, DOTD and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.
     c.) Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must have silver Jennifer Miller ticket still attached
     d.) For swimwear purchased online, items must have all tags and liners attached. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Returns for swimwear purchased in store are not accepted.

All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within seven (7) business days.
     a.) Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit if their item meets the return requirements. 
     b.) Web returns will not be accepted at any of our retail locations.
     c.) Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
     a.) All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. 
     b.) The package must be insured for the value of the item(s) and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of the package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return.
     c.)  A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
     d.) JenniferMillerJewelry.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

 

REPAIRS: 
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from JenniferMillerJewelry.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information.

PLEASE NOTE: Pending the nature of the repair, there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable.
