With our shipping protection, you can ensure that your package arrives safely. Just add this option to your order for a fee at checkout. Shipping protection covers stolen and missing packages during transit/shipping, items damaged during transit/shipping, and packages marked delivered but not received.
Shipping protection starts once the package is shipped and ends when the package is in your hands (unless different arrangements are requested and agreed upon). Please remember that shipping protection doesn't start when a shipping label is created; it begins when the shipping carrier scans it.
Please note that the shipping protection for your package will end under the following circumstances:
- Your package has been safely delivered to your intended destination without any damage.
- In case your package does not reach its final destination, you can request a service that will be approved or denied after reviewing your request.
In the case of damaged items, protection ONLY covers any damage that occurred during shipment. Please note that any damage that occurs after delivery is not covered by the shipping protection policy.
